The original layout of the building is represented by three levels. They decided to change only the upper level with an attic, where they designed a duplex. Great attention to detail has been paid to the interior of this three-level apartment, aiming to create a warm, cozy and modern environment using stone and wood. On the ground floor - hall; open space, consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining area and a bathroom, as well as a small summer terrace. On the 2nd floor - master bedroom; nursery and bathroom. On the third floor there is a wardrobe area and a home theater where you can gather in the evening as a friendly family.
